Terms and Conditions

Effective 26 September 2026.

These terms apply to purchases made on intervalgallery.com from Interval Gallery, 2522 W Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90026. By placing an order you agree to them, and to our Shipping & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

The works

The works sold here are originals. Medium, size (height × width, in inches) and frame are stated with each work. Photographs are provided for reference: colors and surfaces can look different on screen and in different light. The frames shown on the website are a digital presentation; the frame supplied is the one stated in the work’s details, and a work without a stated frame is supplied as described.

Prices and tax

Prices are in US dollars and do not include shipping. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from the shipping address, where it applies. If a work is listed at a clearly wrong price, we will tell you before it ships, and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders and payment

Each work is one of a kind. Your order is confirmed when your payment is received and you receive our confirmation email. Payment is taken when you place the order and is processed securely by our payment provider. If a work you have paid for turns out to be unavailable, we will refund you in full.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Shipping is not included in the price: we quote it after your order and bill it separately. Collection in person is not offered. The details are in our Shipping & Refund Policy.

Returns and refunds

All sales are final, except as described in our Shipping & Refund Policy or where the law requires otherwise.

Ownership and copyright

Buying a work gives you ownership of the physical work. It does not transfer the copyright, which remains with the artist: the work may not be reproduced, for example in print or online for commercial use, without permission. The images and text on this website may not be copied without our permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
