Shipping & Refund Policy

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only: all 50 states and Washington, DC. We do not ship internationally, to US territories, or to APO, FPO or DPO addresses. Works are not available for collection in person.

Shipping costs

Shipping is not included in the price of a work and is always billed separately. Our works range from small to very large, so every shipment is quoted individually, including any crating it needs.

Within 3 business days of your order, we will contact you by email with a shipping quote. Shipping is charged separately, through a secure payment link, once you accept the quote.

When your work ships

We ship once the shipping charge has been paid, and we will give you an estimated shipping date with your quote. If we cannot ship by that date, we will tell you and give you the choice of waiting or cancelling your order for a full refund.

If you decline the quote

You may instead arrange for your own professional art shipper to collect the work from the gallery, at your own cost and at a time agreed with us. If neither our quote nor your own shipper works for you, we will cancel your order and refund you in full.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout from the shipping address, where it applies.

All sales are final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not give refunds, except as described on this page or where the law requires.

Damaged or not as described

If your work arrives damaged, or is not as described, email us at hello@intervalgallery.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the work and all of its packaging. Please keep the packaging until your claim is resolved. We will review it with you and the shipper, and resolve it as the law requires.
