What we collect
When you buy a work: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and the details of your order. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
When you write to us: your email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
When you visit the site: technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view. Our hosting and security systems record this to keep the site running and protected. With your consent, Google Analytics also collects information about how you use the site; see Opt-out preferences.
Cookies
We use cookies that the site needs to work, such as those that keep items in your cart, and a cookie that remembers your cookie choices. Analytics cookies are used only if you allow them. The full list, and the way to change your choice at any time, are on our Opt-out preferences page.
How we use it
To process and deliver your order, including quoting and arranging shipping; to reply to your inquiries; to keep the records we are required to keep for tax and legal purposes; to protect the site and prevent fraud; and, with your consent, to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers who help us run the store, and only what they need: our payment processor (WooPayments, powered by Stripe); the art shippers and carriers who deliver your work; the sales tax calculation service built into our store (WooCommerce Tax); our website host and email providers; Google, for analytics if you consent; and our professional advisers. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for the purposes above and for as long as tax and other laws require. Correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for answering you and for our records.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@intervalgallery.com. We will respond as required by the law that applies to you; some information, such as order records, may have to be kept for legal reasons. You can change your cookie choices at any time on our Opt-out preferences page.
Do Not Track
Our site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Apart from Google Analytics, which runs only with your consent, we do not knowingly allow other parties to collect personal information about your online activities over time and across other websites.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
